RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy and satisfied as soon as you open a shipment from us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, the pieces can be exchanged within 30 days of invoice date for another size/color of the same piece, or for any other product. In case the new exchanged piece is of lower value than the original one, we will return the differential amount in your original mode/account of payment within next 48 hours. In case the new exchanged piece is of higher value than the original one, you will be required to pay us the differential amount before we dispatch the new exchanged piece.

The exchange will be done within 7-10 business days after receiving the piece in intact and unused condition (with the tag) from you. If the piece has been returned to us in damaged condition, we will reserve the right to not exchange it and to send the piece back to you.

These are exclusive pieces, and we may not always have another piece of what you want in exchange. In case we don’t have your desired piece for exchange , we will refund your money within 7 working days after receiving the piece in intact and unused condition.

 

THERE ARE SOME INSTANCES WHEREIN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE RETURNS AT ALL:

i. In the case of a customized piece(s) or any original décor/wall-art, we will not be able to take a return.

ii. Already discounted pieces or pieces on offer cannot be returned for an exchange.

 

REFUND POLICY

I.  REFUND IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FULFIL AN ORDER
If  we are not able to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you about the same and begin the refund process immediately. It will take us 2 working days to process refund in the way you choose to be refunded.

    i.  An in-store credit of the same amount with a validity of 6 months within 2 working days.

    ii.  Refund to your original payment method within 2 business days plus the processing time of your ban.

    iii.  Replacement product of same or different value sent to you (please read our exchange policy to know about settling of differential amount, if any). 

In cases of exchange of items, the new item(s) will be dispatched within 7-10 business days after receiving the piece in intact and unused condition (with the tag) from you. If the piece has been returned to us in damaged condition, we will reserve the right to not exchange it and to send the piece back to you.

 

II.  REFUND IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT

In case you receive a defective/damaged product, we will honor your claim to return the defective/ damaged piece and process the refund if the claim is submitted to us within 4 days of receiving of the product.

We will take 3 days to process the claim to return/refund in case of defective/damaged products.

We will then get the defective/damaged product picked up from your address (the address you provided when purchasing from our website).

Once we receive the defective/damaged piece, we will inspect and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve your claim, then your refund will be processed within 3 days of our approval. We will refund in the following ways:

    i.  An in-store credit of the same amount with a validity of 6 months – within 2 working days
    ii.  Refund to your original payment method - within 2 working days plus the processing time of your bank
    iii.  A replacement product of same or different value sent to you (please read our exchange policy to know about settling of differential amount, if any).

Sometimes, even after we have processed and informed you about your refund in your original mode of payment, the refund may take longer or may not reflect in your account for longer period. We suggest you check with your bank or the credit/debit card company to know more.

Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

III.  REFUND FOR GIFTS

If a product that was bought and marked as GIFT and shipped directly to the recipient is found defective/damaged, please communicate to us directly about the same. We will follow the abovementioned procedure and process the refund. Once we receive the defective/damaged product from you and verify your claim as per refund policy, we will mail you the gift credit of the value of the gifted product, and you can shop directly from us.

We will take 7 working days to process your request. After you choose to opt out of our marketing mailers, we may mail you your order confirmation and invoice as and when you shop from the website.

We will also email you to inform you about your orders that are in process. Please note that the website is not intended to be used by individuals under the age of 18 years.

 

V. JURISDICTION

All disputes pertaining to your visit/shopping/the privacy policy of our website are strictly subjected to the privacy policy of our website as mentioned above. Any further dispute arising towards the privacy policy of our website shall be governed as and by the laws of the government of India.

SHIPPING POLICY

We have partnered with very reliable and robust delivery partners, and we will work hard to hand over your products to you as fast as we can, and in perfect condition.

After your order is confirmed by us, we will take 7-10 business days to deliver the orders within India and 10-15 business days to deliver international orders. In case of any unforeseen roadblock, we will inform you immediately, and do our best to expedite the delivery.

If you want a specific size(s) tailored, do write to us before placing your order to check the feasibility. If we can fulfil your customized requirement, we may take a few extra days to deliver your customized order after it is confirmed on the website. Our goal is to deliver your products well within time, and we will stay in touch with you throughout the process.

If you need an order delivered by a particular date, please write to our customer service on care@loveforlinen.com before ordering to check the feasibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours post confirmation. After that, it will be difficult for us to cancel the order. So, please take your time to select the products you wish to purchase.

Note: The linen that you get customized becomes bespoke to you, and we immediately get to work to get it tailored for you. So we will not be able to cancel or refund once a customized order is placed and confirmed.

If an order is delayed due to the product(s) failing our quality checks, you will be informed of the same at the earliest. We will turn every stone to get you a replacement as soon as possible - either of same piece or similar one. However in such case, you will always have the choice to decide whether you want the replacement or a cancellation of the order with a refund (please read our refund process and timelines). If the said order contains multiple products, we will dispatch all the other approved pieces, and follow the abovementioned process for the unfit piece.
